State Cost-Share
The purpose of this program is to assist land occupiers in offsetting the costs of installing conservation practices where the primary purpose is the control of soil erosion or sedimentation, or protection and improvement of water quality.
This program provides funding to landowners for the implementation of cover crops, and soil health management systems to improve the health and functions of their soils.
